The mas is available all year, on a weekly basis, for weekends, or any duration.

All charges are included (water, power, heating, etc).

Final cleaning included.

House keeping possible on request (17€/h).

Written rental contract is established.

A deposit is required to secure reservation (30%).

Security deposit of 2000 Euro is requested, returned  at the end of the stay if the house is left in good conditions.

House and furniture are ancient, thank you for being careful.

Please, no redecorating.
